No. LastMemo does not contact police, ambulance or rescue services. It emails the people you chose. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
The timer runs on our servers, not your phone, so it keeps counting even when your phone is off. If you know you'll be out of range, set a longer timer or mention it in your note. You'll need a connection to tap “I'm safe”.
No. They only need an email address. They confirm once, and can opt out from any email we send them.
